We started today with Sacrament Meeting in the Brantford Ward.
It is a good experience to attend church in different areas. This ward is more diverse than our ward in Highlands Ranch. There were many older sisters without spouses in the congregation. The speakers were excellent and talked about the needs of youth. The youth sang a song that was touching. A good meeting.
We departed Brantford for Michigan.
We crossed the border into the USA at Port Huron.
It is good be be back in the USA. Not that being in Canada was difficult ... only that it's different than what we are used too ... and it's home.
We are staying in Auburn Hills (a northern suburb of Detroit) to be near to the places we'll visit over the next couple of days. Bonnie's ancestors were located in this area.
